Shipping Liability

Nerd IT cannot be held liable for any damages or losses caused by the courier service. It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure that adequate shipping insurance is in place where applicable.


Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a purchase and would like to exchange a product for something more suitable, you may do so within 7 calendar days of purchasing the product from Nerd IT.

All returned products must include a detailed reason for return, all original accessories, and undamaged packaging. Products returned in a non-resealable condition may be rejected or may incur a restocking fee.

Nerd IT reserves the right to charge a handling fee at our discretion if the product is damaged, missing accessories, or requires replacement packaging and we decide to accept the return.

Eligible returns may be delivered to any of our branches, clearly marked for return, and must include the sender’s contact details. All approved returns will be credited to your account.

Refunds must be specifically requested and may take up to 7 business days to process.

Warranties

Most of our products are supplied with a standard carry-in warranty. To confirm whether your product is still under warranty, please contact our Sales Department.

If you experience technical issues with a product purchased from Nerd IT, please reach out to our Technical Support Team at sales@nerd-it.co.za.

Please note that no warranty will be honored if:

The product has been tampered with or opened.The factory seals have been broken.The product has been operated outside the manufacturer’s specifications.

Warranty replacements will only be processed for accounts in good standing. Goods not collected within 30 days after notification may be sold to recover costs.

Once an in-warranty product has been confirmed as faulty, you may return it to any Nerd IT branch with a detailed fault description and your contact details. Nerd IT will test the product and attempt to repair it. If a repair is not possible, a

swap-out product will be issued, subject to stock availability.
